October 2010 was a special month for Mama Mary in Landayan as parishioners experienced new Marian activities during the month.
A month-long Group Daily Rosary was launched on October 1 with the participation of all church organizations and sub-parishes.
On October 7, Feast of The Virgin of the Most Holy Rosary,the Knights of Columbus St. Sepulcro Council 14904 of Landayan also initiated a Marian Pilgrimage they dubbed ROSARIUM VIRGINIS MARIAE MMX, to five parishes under Dist. S-54.
Starting with a mass at the Sto. Sepulcro Parish in Landayan, they went to pray the Luminous Mysteries at the Mother of Good Counsel Parish in Chrysanthemum Village, Joyful Mysteries at the Most Holy Rosary Parish in Rosario Complex, Sorrowful Mysteries at the Sto. Nino de Cebu Parish in Southwoods, and Glorious Mysteries at the Sto. Rosario Parish in Pacita Complex 1.
Rosaries and rosary CDs were given away to the parishes they visited and to the participants of the halfday-long pilgrimage. On October 30, the first ever parishwide Living Rosary was held inside the parish church. The participants prayed the Holy Rosary and thereafter released into the night-sky a giant rosary made out of blue and white balloons, rendering drama and festivity to the event.
