Promoting and propagating the devotion to Lolo Uweng get another boost with the publication this year of the second book on Lolo Uweng entitled “Buhay na Hesus sa Banal na Libingan” (Living Jesus in the Holy Sepulchre). The book was authored by Sonny A. Ordoña,chairman of the Parish Public Affairs Committee,with foreword by Msgr. Jose D. Barrion.

This new book has six chapters: I – Buhay Nga Ba Si Lolo Uweng?; II-Ang Milagrosong Poon; III-Pagdurusa: Bahagi ng Buhay ng Deboto; IV-Doktrina ng Debosyon;V-Biyernes: Araw ng Tipanan sa Landayan; VI – Pangkabanalang Paglalakbay sa Dambana. This 152-page book is a sequel to the first book entitled to “Lolo Uweng ng Landayan: Sa Puso at Isip ng Mga Deboto” (Lolo Uweng of Landayan: In the Heart and Mind of Devotees). Copies of the book are available at the Parish.
The Shrine Brochure also came out this year as a basic information material about the Shrine. It contains information on the history and miracles of Lolo Uweng, as well as the parish schedule of services and contact details
